This week was so much better than the last. I reminded myself to not let my past failures get in the way and tie me down. Instead, I focused solely on this week and doing it to the best of my ability. I didn’t do my stretches four times this week, but I did squeeze out three full days. On top of that, I went to the gym twice! I think that kind of evens out the score.
It felt good to get moving and stretch my body. It felt good to reach my walking goals almost every day this week. It felt good to not drink any soda and try to stay on a healthier eating plan. It felt good to just keep pushing forward and not let anything get in my way. Every healthier meal, every workout, every stretch, is better than none.
I hope to keep the ball rolling this new workout week!
This is the first cardio pin that appears to be doable. Although, I find it rare to have a workout regimen that consists of all seven days of the week. I know that is way too lofty for me now, but with this pin, I aspire to complete it four times this week. I keep getting better at how often I work out each week, so I feel confident in meeting my goal this time around!
