Workout Wednesdays // Week three.

Hey there!

I happy to report that week two went much, much smoother than the first one. Not only did I reach my three times a week quota with my pin, but I went to the gym as well! I feel like I’m getting the hang of this, getting my blood pumping, body moving. Checking off the days, feeling the burn, and getting sore (from the gym) felt good. I actually went on the scale at the gym the other day and I was happy with what I saw.

I’m getting there and it feels great!

In other news… I glanced at this weeks pin just now…

1000-CalorieThis week is insaneInsane. I never really looked at these pins before. I just saw the bright, bold font, hot body, and them all over Pinterest, and figured people were doing them. I have seen this pin multiple times, in fact, before I added it to my schedule. Inspecting it closely now.. I have no idea how I will do this.

But I will follow the same instructions as the pin says as well as my goal last week; just do this three times this week.

I’m feeling motivated though, sore, limber, strong. Lets do this!

  1. Yay for consistency! That’s one of my biggest problems and one I hope to surmount this time around. Thanks for liking my blog post! In regards to your pin, just wow. Let us know how it goes!

  2. Awesome! Keep up the good work.
In case you haven’t already heard the buzz, there’s this great online community called ToneItUp. I’ve been following it for awhile and a few weeks ago started the bikini series the founders Karena and Katrina create every year. It’s like working out with a bff. It’s so fun! (Ya! A FUN workout). Just wanted to share because I know how tough it can be sometimes and extra encouragement can always help!
    Cheers 🙂
