I happy to report that week two went much, much smoother than the first one. Not only did I reach my three times a week quota with my pin, but I went to the gym as well! I feel like I’m getting the hang of this, getting my blood pumping, body moving. Checking off the days, feeling the burn, and getting sore (from the gym) felt good. I actually went on the scale at the gym the other day and I was happy with what I saw.
I’m getting there and it feels great!
In other news… I glanced at this weeks pin just now…
This week is insane. Insane. I never really looked at these pins before. I just saw the bright, bold font, hot body, and them all over Pinterest, and figured people were doing them. I have seen this pin multiple times, in fact, before I added it to my schedule. Inspecting it closely now.. I have no idea how I will do this.
But I will follow the same instructions as the pin says as well as my goal last week; just do this three times this week.
I’m feeling motivated though, sore, limber, strong. Lets do this!
